Jueves de noticias importantes que su turno de confianza reporta con gusto. En primer lugar, fue revelado el cartel del Festival Primavera Sound, que se llevará a cabo del 1 al 5 de junio en Barcelona y cuenta con un increíble line-up. Brian Wilson interpretará todo el Pet Sounds, Cabaret Voltaire aparece a medio cartel y como headliners podemos ver a Sigur Rós, LCD Soundsystem y el regreso de Radiohead a los escenarios.
La banda inglesa ya cuenta con otras fechas por Europa, así que esperamos tenerlos pronto por aquí estrenando disco. Los que también van a estrenar son Iggy Pop y Josh Homme, pues en entrevista a The New York Times anunciaron Post Pop Depression. Este álbum fue grabado en secreto y con total independencia, saldrá en marzo vía Loma Vista. El debut en vivo está programado para esta noche en “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert”.

El material, que ayudó a Josh Homme a superar los ataques en París que sufrió Eagles of Death Metal, contará con las colaboraciones de Dean Fertita (Queens of the Stone Age, The Dead Weather) y Matt Helders (Arctic Monkeys). "El hecho de que tuviera esto para trabajar, me salvó" comenta Homme sobre lo difíciles que han sido estos meses. "Supongo que era mi destino estar en mi casa y traerlos a ellos de regreso" dice sobre sus compañeros de banda.
